Delegates’ Registration Fees include:

Accompanying Person’s Registration Fees include:

How To Get Discounted Rates

– To be eligible for Resident / Ph. D, Student / Academic Researcher rates, you will be required to attach a document of proof of your status (student ID, letter of proof, etc.) at the time of registration.
– Those who wish to register more than 10 people are eligible for Group Registration rates. Group Registration fees are only payable by wire transfer. If you wish to proceed with group registrations, a group representative must download the Physician(group) registration form here and submit the completed form to the Secretariat via email ( All participants named on the form must register online. Each participant should select the “Physician(Group)” category, click “Go to Register”, fill out the required information on the page, and complete registration by clicking “Direct Wire Transfer”.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

– All cancellations must be submitted to the Secretariat in writing via e-mail (

  • Between TBD : 50% refund
  • After TBD : Not eligible for refund
– All bank service charges will be deducted from the registrations refunds (generally 4% and up).
